The Diversity Project in partnership with How Do You Do It and Remote Kontrol launched a practical guide for managers that focuses on answering the challenges managers and leaders are facing as firms move from covid related remote working to business as usual working patterns. With content for managers at every stage of hybrid readiness, the guide provides quick tips, ways to anticipate and avoid problems and sign posting to further resources.
The authors, Debs Ingham and Francine Keating talked about their research in developing the guide, the different types of challenges managers are likely to encounter and how this will evolve over time as new working norms and patterns become established. This webinar was open to all line managers, HR and anyone else interested in this topic from a Diversity Project member firm.
