Question: “How have you seen the benefits (and challenges) of cognitive diversity play out in your own life? How can this be applied to a work environment?”

We’re running the Jane Welsh Scholarship for the third year, this award is in honour of the incredible Jane Welsh, who we cannot thank enough for her hard work throughout her time as Project Manager at the Diversity Project.

The Jane Welsh Scholarship Award is a great opportunity for anyone who is under-25 and looking to start their career in the investment and savings industry.

To be in the chance of winning £1,000 and a mentorship read the terms below:

  • Write a 1,500 to 2,000 word essay on the topic: How have you seen the benefits (and challenges) of cognitive diversity play out in your own life? How can this be applied to a work environment?

  • Be aged 25 or under

  • Submit your entry to [email protected] by midnight on the 15th November 2024

  • We will be judging the entries anonymously, so please do not add your name to the essay.

The prize will go to the person who writes the best essay on a subject that will help further diversity and inclusion in the investment industry.
