I joined Colchester Global Investors in 2020 as their Global Head of Human Resources based in London. My role encompasses organisational and talent development, performance management, culture, diversity and inclusion, retention strategies,
recruitment and employee wellbeing.
Prior to joining Colchester, I worked as a Senior Director, Global HR Business Partner for CFA Institute and Kroll Consulting Group as HR Director.
I am white British born in the UK but grew up in Papua New Guinea.
