Talent Acquisition- EMEA & APAC

I’m Irish and educated in my home county of Limerick, Ireland where I graduated from Mary Immaculate in 2014 with a Bachelors in Psychology & Media. Following my graduation, I moved to London and obtained a Masters in Occupational Psychology at London Metropolitan University.

I am currently part of PIMCO’s talent acquisition team focusing on hiring across EMEA & APAC within a number of business functions and support the team with Diversity initiatives for the region. Previous to this role I was with BRUIN Financial where I was part of the Investment – Front & Middle office team responsible for developing BRUIN`s capability in these areas across Asset & Wealth Management organisations.

I am passionate about educating and attracting individuals who may be unaware, or indeed fearful, of entering the industry, in particular those from diverse backgrounds, whose experiences should inevitably improve diversification of thought.

I am a Diversity Project Ambassador and was also a key member in the establishment of the Investment & Savings industry Springboard programme in partnership with upReach, a charity specializing in supporting high achieving university undergraduates from lower socio-economic backgrounds navigate and hopefully join the investment industry.
