Sara is an Associate Director for the Global Change and Enterprise Delivery Team at Federated Hermes Limited (FHL) and has been with the organisation since October 2019. She is an experienced change manager with a proven track record of guiding organisations through successful business transformations. Leveraging a unique blend of strategic thinking and interpersonal skills, Sara specialises in fostering collaboration, aligning stakeholders, and implementing change initiatives that drive growth and efficiency.
As a dedicated advocate for DEI, Sara is also the Deputy Chair of UNITY covering our DEI agenda and the Race and Ethnicity Employee Resource Group lead at FHL, focused on championing cultural awareness and dialogue as a catalyst for progress and change.
