Growing up on the south coast of the UK, I took a slightly different path to many of my peers, stepping straight into the workforce rather than pursuing A-level or university education. This early career choice has really shaped my view, especially my strong belief in equitable opportunities for all. For over a decade now, I’ve built my career in HR, focusing on organisational development, creating inclusive cultures, building high-performing teams, and driving employee engagement. My career to date has given me incredible opportunities to lead on DEI strategy and initiatives at companies such as Amazon and Revolut. My aim has always been to highlight how diversity is a strategic advantage that leads to a more innovative, engaged, and high-performance culture.

Join as an ambassador

Diversity Project Ambassadors are people with a savings and investment background who support the Project’s ambition to accelerate diversity and inclusion in our sector.
