Growing up on the south coast of the UK, I took a different path from many of my peers, moving straight into the workforce instead of pursuing A-levels or university education. This early career choice has shaped my perspective, particularly my firm belief in equal opportunities for all. Over the past decade, I’ve built my expertise in HR, specialising in organisational development, creating inclusive environments, building high-performing teams and driving employee engagement. My journey has included leading DEI strategy and initiatives at companies such as Amazon and Revolut, and I now partner with organisations as a consultant and fractional leader to create meaningful cultural transformation. Whether consulting, coaching or serving as a board trustee, my mission remains clear: to demonstrate how diversity is a strategic advantage that creates more innovative, engaged and high-performance cultures.
