Rachel has a background in learning and talent development in the financial services sector and investment industry. She has designed and delivered a range of programmes supporting the development of management and leadership skills. She has also been responsible for developing and implementing diversity and inclusion strategies in the workplace, focussing on increasing workforce diversity and creating more inclusive cultures. She also has experience in recruitment and embedding employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
