I’ve had moments of feeling excluded in life whether it was because of my gender, ethnicity, language or background, and I know the feeling first hand of how inclusion can flourish contribution and ideas. I am the co-chair of our DE&I programme and I am keen to continue to build an inclusive industry where all voices and perspectives contribute to our successes.
I am Turkish and have spent my childhood in Turkey, Holland, France and have moved to the UK in 2006.
With over 20 years of financial services experience, I have held a number of positions, predominantly across Asset Management and Retail Banking in both Turkey and the UK.
