I have worked in financial services since graduating in 2006. The majority of my career has been within Human Resources as a Business Partner, until 2020 when I became Balance & Inclusion Specialist. I have worked at Rothschild & Co since 2011 and my role is focused on the delivery of our group Balance & Inclusion strategy and advising stakeholders on how initiatives are implemented and integrated, taking into consideration cultural differences across our global offices.

Some key initiatives I have lead on have been the launch of a global sponsorship programme in 2020, advancing our recruitment agenda to ensure our hiring practises are free from bias and focused on talent, and the management of our Network Groups and UK Balance & Inclusion committee.
