I am Spanish born but have spent my adult life studying and working abroad, notably in France, Germany, Italy, UK, and US. Being born to a lower socioeconomic background family, while being the first one to attend university and being neurodiverse, I quickly learned that if I ever wanted to achieve anything in life I needed to work hard for it.
I have over a decade of international experience across the Investment Banking and Asset Management industries, with extensive multicultural experience across EMEA, LATAM and US. A graduate from NYU, Sorbonne-Paris and Syracuse universities, I also hold the CFA Investment Management and ESG Certificates and speak 6 languages.
Given my background, I am highly committed to advocating for diversity, equality and inclusion. I am a neurodiversity campaigner and I am also passionate about ESG and Sustainability. I sit at the CFA UK Inclusion & Diversity Committee and at the 100 Women in Finance Education and Fund Women committees. I am also a fellow member of the RSA.
