I am from Hong Kong and have been in the UK for over 10 years. I studied Law for my undergraduate and did a Masters in Human Resource Management where I also obtained my CIPD professional qualification.
Upon graduation, I joined PwC as a reward consultant supporting clients on their diversity journey and advising on the implementation of global share plans. As a female ethnic minority, inclusion and diversity is a topic that is very close to my heart and I am really excited to have recently joined Schroders to help drive the I&D agenda globally.
Outside of work, I enjoy going to the theatre and travelling.
