Lee Georgs

COO

I am a white, American, working mother of three boys.  I spent my childhood in the U.S. and Spain, attended Vanderbilt University and Columbia Business School in the U.S. and spent the first decade of my career there before moving to Hong Kong in 2006 and London in 2011.

In and amongst having children and global relocations I have taken three career breaks and participated in two formal returnship programs.  I’ve spent the last 20+ years in (and out of) the Financial Services Industry, first in Private Banking Wealth Management in New York, then in Consulting to the sector for the Asia Pacific region based in Hong Kong and then in M&A Project Management here in London before joining Redington via their Return to Work scheme in 2017.

I am currently Redington’s COO – Corporate responsible for Operations, Risk, Legal, Compliance, PMO, People, Administrative, Client Reporting and Technology Delivery and the Executive Sponsor for Diversity & Inclusion.
