Kerry Amies

Kerry Amies has approximately 20 years’ experience working in Global Human Resources, most recently at T. Rowe Price where she was International Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Manager. She led the implementation of its diversity, equity and inclusion strategy in the EMEA and APAC regions, working in close partnership with senior leaders. where Kerry grew up in an ethnically diverse part of East London, was educated in a local state school and has lived abroad in France and the United Arab Emirates. She holds an MA in Human Resource Management and is a member of the UK’s Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Kerry believes true business success is dependent on creating a diverse, inclusive and equitable working environment where every individual and group is respected, connected and able to thrive. She has been an active supporter of the Diversity Project UK, notably through involvement in its workstreams (Smart Working and Disability), Pathway Program and Steering Committee, along with contributing to the launch of the Diversity Project Europe chapter.

Diversity Project Ambassadors are people with a savings and investment background who support the Project’s ambition to accelerate diversity and inclusion in our sector.
