Jonathon is of white British and Anglo-Indian heritage, born in the UK and grew up in Australia, before moving to Canada for several years and then returning to the UK. He attended a state school and then went straight into the workforce, eventually studying nights to obtain a HR Diploma from college, and then a degree in Human Resource Management from Macquarie University and finally a Masters in Business Management from Monash University.
Jonathon is the Head of International Human Resources for Allspring Global Investments where he oversees all things people across EMEA, APAC and the UK. He has held a number of positions, both in and outside of HR, and worked for a variety of organisations and industries such as BlackRock, Royal Bank of Canada, Cenovus Energy and Coca-Cola.
