I am white British, raised by a single parent and educated at a state comprehensive school in Devon. I have worked in financial services for 15 years, working predominantly in marketing communications.
As co-lead of the Social Mobility workstream I hope to improve diversity within our industry and am passionate about fairness and equality. A strong personal driver for me is my mixed-race son who I would like to grow up in a more inclusive society.
