Frances is a Portfolio Manager & Trader in Vanguard’s European Equity Index Group. Before joining Vanguard in February 2019, Frances spent 8 years at Dimensional Fund Advisors as a Trader, where she specialized in small cap equities and trading regulation. Frances also has extensive shareholder engagement and ESG experience. She holds master’s degrees in finance from EDHEC Business School and in European Law from King’s College, University of London as well as the Advanced Certificate in Corporate Governance from the Chartered Governance Institute (ICSA) , the CFA Certificate in ESG Investing and the CFA Certificate in Climate and Investing.
