Emma Potter joined AllianceBernstein as Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Community Engagement Manager, where she supports the firm’s DEI program and community engagement initiatives across EMEA.​ Previously Emma worked at financial services firm Ruffer LLP as Workplace Director, leading the business estate operations, including the firm’s DEI program. Chair of the Employee Resource Group, she led external DEI engagement, implementing community partnerships and initiatives, she was made a partner at the firm in 2010.​ Emma was appointed a Board Director for the London Victoria Business Improvement District in 2019, chairing the Inclusive Economy group from 2014, funding local community engagement projects.​ A previous Gender Mission Equity mentor, Emma gained her Mental Health First Aider qualification in 2023.
