Cliona Forde

Head of Human Resources

Cliona joined Cheyne in 2023 as Head of Human Resources where she leads the global strategy and execution of all core areas of HR. Cliona is a member of Cheyne’s DE&I Committee and Women’s Network.

Cliona’s career began with Allied Irish Banks (AIB) in Ireland before moving to the Caribbean with Digicel Group as a HR Expat Manager. Prior to her current role, she was a HR Business Partner with Lombard Odier Asset Management Limited in London.

Cliona is a trustee with Luminary Bakery, a social enterprise providing training, employment, and community to some of the most disadvantaged women in London. She is fiercely and proudly committed to holistically supporting the rights of women, especially in underrepresented communities.

Cliona is Irish and holds an MA in Human Resource Management from Liverpool John Moore, and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from University of Abertay Dundee Scotland.
