I moved to the UK more than 20 years ago to continue my career in investment management and have never left, having spent time in the UK previously doing a Masters’s degree at the London School of Economics.
Having worked for international firms and studied in different countries, I have developed an interest in how cross-cultural teams function, and the relationship between diversity of backgrounds and performance. Communication by non-native speakers in an often monolingual working environment and its impact on career development is also a subject of curiosity.
