Caroline Keetch

Caroline is a founding director and co-CEO of Halsey Keetch, a long-established, specialist executive search firm, focused exclusively on hiring leaders into governance, regulatory and controls functions across the UK financial services industry. Halsey Keetch helps its clients to manage risk, meet regulatory opportunities and seize opportunities responsibly by placing exceptional compliance, risk, audit and finance leaders and INEDs, whilst also enabling direct hiring through the provision of in-depth and insightful talent mapping and succession planning services to internal talent teams.

As a prominent female leader in the talent space, a trained professional coach, and mother-of-two to Ben, 11, and Seren, 4, Caroline is personally engaged in and passionate about all aspects of the equality, diversity and inclusion movement. She has served as an Ambassador for the Diversity Project for many years, speaking at various events both in the UK and continental Europe. Caroline leads marketing and client relationship management at Halsey Keetch, and her coaching practice focuses on guiding and supporting professional women through periods of challenge and change in life and at work.
