Diversity and Inclusion is front and centre of making organisations better places to work. From my experience working as a recruiter, I have seen how inclusivity can enrich and enhance the working environment. Taking an open and transparent approach to recruitment can only be an advantage when securing talent in a competitive market.

My specific focus has always been helping asset managers build high performing teams within the technology and change space. In technology, companies have struggled to widen opportunities and create a more diverse workforce. While there is still work to do, I have witnessed significant progress over the last two decades working in this space.

The Diversity Project is doing important work to promote investment management businesses as an attractive career choice for all.  I am proud to be an ambassador for this cause and I am looking forward to working alongside passionate people in the industry who believe in a better, fairer workplace which celebrates and embraces diversity.

Join as an ambassador

Diversity Project Ambassadors are people with a savings and investment background who support the Project’s ambition to accelerate diversity and inclusion in our sector.
