I am white British, born in Cyprus where I lived for several years before moving to Dubai for the majority of my childhood. I have been working in HR for over 15 years in a variety of different sectors including manufacturing, property and most recently asset management. I joined BNP Paribas Asset Management UK Ltd in 2011 and I am currently the Deputy Head of HR, UK. I am helping drive the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion agenda for BNP Paribas Asset Management UK Ltd.
