I was born and raised in Nottingham, the youngest son to two primary school teachers.
In 2005 I moved to London and into the recruitment industry, specialising in the Financial Services industry and I have remained in that world ever since. Most recently I have joined Hays and in my role as Client Engagement Director for financial services clients, I strive to champion initiatives such as talent mapping, unconscious bias training and target recruitment to ensure that organizations recruit and maintain a diverse workforce. My ultimate goal is to create a culture of inclusivity that fosters understanding and encourages everyone to reach their highest potential.
