By connecting mid/senior level individuals with an experienced leader within our industry for a #PowerHour to openly discuss career advancement and related topics; both parties benefit from advice. Individuals can implement advice as practical steps for their own career advancements whilst senior leaders can consider potential opportunities to embed within their firm leadership programmes.
