The initiative from the Diversity Project’s Race & Ethnicity workstream focused on community building, amplifying diverse voices, and championing career development with the aim of moving the dial on ethnic representation at senior levels within the Investment and Savings Industry.

By connecting mid/senior level individuals with an experienced leader within our industry for a #PowerHour to openly discuss career advancement and related topics; both parties benefited from advice. Individuals could implement advice as practical steps for their own career advancements whilst senior leaders could consider potential opportunities to embed within their firm leadership programmes.
