We recognise there is always room to grow in our understanding and support of others and are committed to increasing diversity within our organisation by looking at how we approach recruitment, our HR policies, internal communication processes and offering teach-ins and external training to support our employees tackle areas such as unconscious bias.
Whilst we have not set any targets, we do measure our progress through regular surveys and tracking key HR metrics.
