Do you have any questions about the DP’s Safe Space initiative? Please join this session to ask your questions to the Safe Space team. We hope to ensure member firms/individuals feel comfortable with the initiative to allow individuals to feel comfortable to report. All questions welcome!
The DP offers a Safe Space for individuals to share their stories, in a confidential way. We are asking everyone to come forward who have experienced or witnessed poor behaviour in the last five years. Those behaviours may be related to colleagues or others e.g. clients or third parties who you have worked with.
Please note this is not a forum for reporting, but an opportunity to ask questions about the initiative
