Over 330 investment industry professionals attended this Diversity Project’s Industry Event, kindly hosted by Willis Towers Watson on the 1st of October 2019.

Policies and programs aren’t enough – we need to address day to day behaviour rooted in cultures that impede our ability to create truly inclusive workplaces.The status quo in our industry is not acceptable (for example, just 4% of industry AUM is managed by women – this should shock us).
