New ways of working and its impact on inclusion

Join us on the 28th of September 2023 between 13:40-17:00 for our event, ‘New ways of working and its impact on inclusion’.

Flexible working is key to retain and attract the best and most diverse talent in the financial services industry and members continue to be challenged in an ever-changing environment with implementing a strategic and inclusive long-term framework for flexible working.

Join this fascinating, in-person only, event to hear from leading experts who discuss various ways in which working practices can be made more inclusive, share practical examples of different types of flexible working that a firm could consider and demonstrate the value that flexible working offers for the future of work and building more collaborative work environments.

At the event we will be hosting 3 panel discussions on the following topics:

– Developing and managing hybrid inclusion in an evolving environment

– Flex – the forgotten element of SMART working

– Demonstrating the value of flex working for the future of work

This is a chance to meet with some of the WIBF volunteer team and Diversity Project team and network with other financial service colleagues.
