The Value of Sponsorship In The Workplace
Speak to any successful person, and they will tell you that one of the things that have helped them the most is the presence of a good sponsor. Of course mentoring is important, but having a sponsor to boost your visibility, make sure work is credited to you, and speak up for you when you’re not int the room is an invaluable asset, and one that we all need if we are serious about progression.

Building on the success of our online circles, our next in person EnCircle Mentoring event (in association with State Street Global Advisors), will be held on Thursday 23 March at State Street Global Advisors, and will explore the value of sponsorship in the workplace.
