The Diversity Project Pathway programme is a world leading programme that focuses on developing the female Portfolio Managers of the future. It has been created by the industry for the industry.
The initiative seeks to drive real change by unlocking female talent in order to address the absence of women in money-managing roles, with 88% of positions currently occupied by men.

This bespoke programme gives talented women who are selected by their companies the best opportunity to progress and succeed in becoming Portfolio Managers.
The fee for a DP Member Company is £2.5k per candidate. The fee for a non DP Member Company is £5k per candidate.

Designed by industry practitioners and experts in their field and further tailored to the participants on the programme and their specific experience.
Navigate careers with a like-minded cohort and expand professional networks. Interact and have access to successful (female) PMs and senior Leaders.
Each participant must have her own sponsor within their organisation to champion, advocate and guide them.
Participants form buddy groups for mutual support. They are asked to become mentors, sponsors and support others in their own career trajectories
