As a Partner and the Head of Marketing at Barnett Waddingham, Simon has overall responsibility for the planning, creation and delivery of marketing strategies to support the ongoing development and growth of the firm across all markets. Simon leads the firm’s central Marketing team which delivers a wide range of marketing activities including communications and PR, event management, research and insight, brand management and design, and new business support.
Simon became a Partner in 2016, joined the firm’s Management Board in 2020 and became responsible for leading the firm’s progression on Diversity & Inclusion in 2022, including chairing the firm’s D&I Steering Group.
