Georgina Hammond joined Willis Towers Watson (WTW) in 2007, following a career break to take care of her son. She is now the Global Learning and Development Director for the Investments business, based in Reigate.
The focus of Georgina’s role is to develop and implement the People Strategy for the Global Investments business. The goal is to ensure WTW is a great place to work with development opportunities for diverse talent to enjoy a fulfilling career in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Georgina holds a BSc in Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management. She also holds an ICF accredited Coaching Diploma.
