Global Financial Services People Leader and Global FS HR Consulting Leader
I am white British, brought up in multicultural London, went to a grammar school before going on to the University of Nottingham to study Chemistry. I joined PwC in 1987 (yes, 30 years ago!) and since then I have been working exclusively with financial services firms on their people challenges.
I am passionate about improving the diversity and inclusion of the workplace and focus on so doing through both my internal and client facing roles.
I have responsibility for PwC’s people strategy for our global FS practice and lead PwC’s diversity and inclusion thought leadership and research and work with many financial services firms on their inclusion issues.
I have been married for a quarter of a century, have no children and two gorgeous Hungarian dogs.
