I am a white British female, born and raised in Bristol and educated at a local comprehensive school. Unable to fund a university degree post A-levels, I self-funded a Higher Diploma in Administration, and began my career as a secretary at Ernst & Young. An inter-company transfer enabled a move to London in 2002 to further my career ambition.

I have spent over 20 years as an Executive Assistant within financial services, supporting C-Suite executives, and managing and leading an administrative support function.

As a divorced, single mum to a delightful 10-year-old boy, I am passionate about the right support being in place by employers for working families, who have a diverse range of parent and/or carer responsibilities under their own unique circumstances. I am an ally for diverse workplaces and advocate for a supportive and inclusive company culture.

[64,66
