As a prominent female leader in the talent space, a trained professional coach, and mother-of-two to Ben, 11, and Seren, 4, Caroline is personally engaged in and passionate about all aspects of the equality, diversity and inclusion movement. She has served as an Ambassador for the Diversity Project for many years, speaking at various events both in the UK and continental Europe.
