{"id":11022,"date":"2023-09-21T13:37:57","date_gmt":"2023-09-21T13:37:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/diversityproject.com\/?post_type=team&#038;p=11022"},"modified":"2023-09-21T13:38:22","modified_gmt":"2023-09-21T13:38:22","slug":"dan-chapman-harris","status":"publish","type":"team","link":"https:\/\/diversityproject.com\/team\/dan-chapman-harris\/","title":{"rendered":"Dan Chapman-Harris (he\/him\/his)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dan is the Head of Learning and Development at Octopus Investments and is the chairperson of their D&amp;I steering group.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dan has been an advocate for Diversity and Inclusion since he first moved to London on a tax accountancy grad scheme back in 2006. Since then, Dan has held various roles but has supported D&amp;I efforts throughout. After working in Tax and supporting the Employee Resource Group for LGTBQ+ colleagues, Dan moved into the world of teaching \u2013 changing careers through the Teach First programme and teaching maths in a girls\u2019 school in North West London. This was a great opportunity for Dan to support girls interested in learning more about the world of STEM and career paths into finance in the city.
