After completing A-Levels I spent time travelling and working abroad for several years.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I joined Nationwide Building Society in 2017, where I was accepted on the Nationwide Graduate Talent Programme as an internal candidate. During this programme, I was able to follow my personal passion for Sustainability and Responsible Business. I then moved into the Responsible Procurement team, focused on moving to a more inclusive, ethical, and greener supply chain.
