The Diversity Project is very pleased to launch it’s Menopause Pledge on World Menopause Day. This is a best practice guide for all.<\/p>\n

Many of our Members and companies throughout the Industry have said that Gender Balance and the Gender Pay Gap are priorities. If this is the case, supporting their employees through the menopause should be seen as a business imperative.<\/p>\n
