With content for managers at every stage of hybrid readiness, the guide provides quick tips, ways to anticipate and avoid problems and sign posting to further resources.<\/div>\n<p>The authors, Debs Ingham and Francine Keating talked about their research in developing the guide, the different types of challenges managers are likely to encounter and how this will evolve over time as new working norms and patterns become established.
