Flexible working is key to retain and attract the best and most diverse talent in the financial services industry and members continue to be challenged in an ever-changing environment with implementing a strategic and inclusive long-term framework for flexible working.<\/p>\n

Join this fascinating, in-person only<\/strong>, event to hear from leading experts who discuss various ways in which working practices can be made more inclusive, share practical examples of different types of flexible working that a firm could consider and demonstrate the value that flexible working offers for the future of work and building more collaborative work environments.<\/p>\n

At the event we will be hosting 3 panel discussions on the following topics:<\/p>\n

– Developing and managing hybrid inclusion in an evolving environment<\/p>\n

– Flex – the forgotten element of SMART working<\/p>\n

– Demonstrating the value of flex working for the future of work<\/p>\n

This is a chance to meet with some of the WIBF volunteer team and Diversity Project team and network with other financial service colleagues.<\/p>\n
