Zoe Campbell

I am a British White woman born in Beaconsfield and went to school in Worcestershire.  Having dyslexia made me determined to succeed and I studied English and Philosophy at University and then completed a Masters in Newspaper Journalism at Nottingham Trent.

My career has been varied, beginning as a legal journalist covering Enron and Sarbanes Oxley, before transferring the investigative research skills I had developed to move into the Financial Services Search industry over 18 years ago.  Throughout my career I have championed diversity, in all its forms, through my work directly with clients spanning Start-Ups to FTSE100 businesses, hosting and speaking at DE&I events to raise awareness of the benefits of a diverse and inclusive workforce through purposeful culture creation.  My knowledge and experience were also utilised directly by my last firm to develop its DE&I strategy to underpin the business strategy.

Having been a consultant for many years and trusted advisor I am taking a career break to complete my evidence based CIPD Masters to enable a move into a firm as a Human Resources professional.
