I have lived in London for most of my life other than a few years in Hong Kong.
I came to the City in 1986 when I joined Euromoney Institutional Investor. I stayed with Euromoney for most of the following 20 years, working as a journalist, editor and then divisional director. I joined CFA UK as chief executive in 2006.
Kate and I have been married for 21 years and have three children – with the eldest taking A-levels now.
