Vicki joined Premier Miton Investors in March 2021 as Compliance Monitoring Manager. Having left school early, Vicki started her working life as a horse-riding instructor, stumbling across financial services after taking on a temporary role within Capita Registrars. After some time Vicki accepted a permanent role with the UK Financial Services Regulator, moving over to the asset management industry after a number of years. Vicki has since spent over 12 years as a compliance officer at various companies, more recently earning the CISI Diploma in Compliance. Vicki was involved in EDI working groups at previous companies, and now acts as co-chair on Premier Miton Investors EDI Forum.
