Vicki Foster

Divisional Director for Responsible Business

Vicki is Divisional Director for Responsible Business at SJP. In this role she leads the groups approach to being a leading responsible business which includes societal impact, environmental impact, inclusion and diversity and the group’s Charitable Foundation. Her current role brings together her desire to make money a force for good, her passion for equality and her flair for driving change. She believes passionately that building inclusive cultures where everyone contributes is critical to harnessing the benefits of a richly diverse workplace.

Vicki has worked in Financial services for over 23 years and has gained her knowledge and skills from a variety of roles during that time including client facing, business development and operational appointments. She began her career after leaving state school in North Yorkshire. In 2008 she became a chartered financial planner and a fellow of the Personal Finance Society. She is passionate about breaking down some of the unnecessary stigmas associated with socio-economic backgrounds and surfacing the aspirational and uplifting stories of those who have achieved incredible success in our industry.

Outside of work Vicki is married to Mark who also works at SJP, has two daughters, Sofia (7) and Ruby (6) and a working cocker-spaniel puppy; Lexi.
