Varsha Chilka

I have a BSc in Economics and an MA in International Political Economy from the University of Birmingham.

I have embraced a ‘Squiggly Career’ which started in becoming a qualified Chartered Accountant and working in Audit, Risk Management and Governance and has later moved to Operations and Business Managent.

Alongside my career I have pursued ways to continuously learn, and through this I have become an EMCC accredited coach. I am passionate about Inclusion and my coaching work often intersects with this as I specialise in coaching colleagues from underepresented communities.

Outside of work I enjoy travelling, photography and walking/hiking – luckily they all tend to combine!
