Ted Duffy

Head of Wellington Management International

I joined Wellington in 2007 and moved to London with my family in August of 2019 to take over as the head of Wellington Management International. I am a member of the Investment Association Advisory Council and also sit on the advisory board of the Diversity Project.

I’ve worked in finance since graduating from college and believe strongly that our industry will benefit significantly from greater diversity in all dimensions. I am proud that Wellington is an active supporter of industry diversity initiatives including the Women in Finance Charter, Black British Business Awards, LGBTGreat and Investment 2020.
