I started my career in HR 25 years ago and have for many years embedded the principles of diversity, inclusion and wellbeing in business decisions and people practices. Most recently being recognised for my work and impact in diversity and inclusion in the 2020 Global Insurance Influential 100. I continue to be driven to unlock the talent of colleagues for better consumer outcomes.
I have introduced a number of initiatives to support organisational culture to enable diversity and inclusion as a strategic enabler, achieving IIP Gold accreditation and achieving Diversity in Business Accreditation whilst embedding inclusive leadership principles in my organisation.
My love for life includes travelling, the theatre and live performances as well as dining.
