Susan Martin

Non Executive Director

Susan had a successful executive career including as CEO of LPFA, a £5 billion pension fund and as CEO of LLP, a pensions service business with £17 billion assets under management and pension services for over 600,000 members, as well as leading a successful management and coaching consultancy business. In 2019 she embarked on a plural career combining Non-Executive roles with coaching, including coaching women in financial services. She is on the Board of LGPS Central where she is the Senior Independent Director and chairs the People, Culture and Remuneration Committee. Susan also sits on the Board of TCH where she chairs its Customer Experience Committee and she sits on the Customer Experience Committee of Peabody.
