I bring over two decades of experience in people strategy, HR leadership, and inclusive culture building shaped by a global career and a personal commitment to equity and purpose-led growth.
Born in Zimbabwe and raised in South Africa during a time of profound inequality, I carry with me a lifelong drive to build systems that create fair opportunity for people, communities, and the planet.
Now based in the UK and holding dual citizenship, my career spans capital markets, executive search, sustainability, and culture transformation. I began in Financial markets at Bank of Scotland and later CIT Capital Finance, working in capital markets and loan syndications. These formative roles grounded me in commercial rigour, stakeholder engagement, and analytical leadership.
In 2011, I transitioned into executive search and talent strategy, with a focus on financial services. Over the past decade, I’ve advised global firms on building high-performing, inclusive leadership teams and aligning human capital with long-term business growth.
Since 2020, as Head of Sustainability and Culture at Farrell Associates, I’ve led the firm’s evolution into a purpose-driven talent platform. I’ve implemented strategic DEI frameworks, wellbeing and development programmes, and led the firm through B Corp certification embedding ESG into our operational and cultural DNA.
Alongside this, I created Talent Roots a structured development initiative connecting early-career professionals, particularly from underrepresented backgrounds, with mentorship, guidance, and leadership exposure. Through this, I support future inclusive leaders across industries and mentor Master’s students on sustainability and inclusion.
For me, equity and impact are not abstract they are lived convictions. My background taught me that change doesn’t happen through intent alone, but through structure, policy, and sustained, people-first leadership.
Outside of work, I’m a trail runner, qualified PADI rescue diver, and proud mother. I’ve completed stage races, triathlons (including 5150s and a Half Ironman), and the 2024 London Marathon.
