Stacy Njimu

I am a neurodivergent African woman from Kenya, building a career at the intersection of finance, design, and behavioural science. Currently pursuing an MA in Design Innovation at the University of South Wales, I am also incubating Money Therapy, a human-centred financial wellness product, through Tramshed Tech’s Founder Academy. My career spans portfolio management at Amana Capital and fixed-income analysis at Nabo Capital, where I applied behavioural insight and analytics to drive strategy.

Beyond finance, I’m passionate about inclusive storytelling and grassroots empowerment—running financial literacy programmes in Kenyan prisons, hosting entrepreneurship sprints with AIESEC Indonesia, and mentoring innovators via Impact Africa Network. As an associate member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments and a LinkedIn Top Voice in Financial Technology (2024), I use public platforms to amplify underrepresented voices. I bring a lens of empathy and systems thinking to every space I enter.

My go to activities would be playing tennis and moderating thought-provoking conversations.
